18度C位於自然恬靜的熱鬧發光點(18度C巧克力工房)
YOMA在2013年
與台中日信建設公司共同合作
提出結合廚房教室與民宿為主題發展的住宅設計
此案設計三棟建築住宅的相互打通
透過綜合平面之規劃
創造開放領域與住宅私領域之設計規劃
OUTLINE:
18 House is located at the quiet and popular landmark(Feeling18).
In 2013,YOMA cooperated with 日信construction company,
and we came up with the design program of combining kitchen classroom and B&B.
This project designed to open up the wall between three buildings.
Created the public sphere and private sphere.
